IPrime secures the first preliminary injunction before the Unified Patent Court
An ex-parte preliminary injunction has been successfully obtained before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), making it the first preliminary injunction in the history of the UPC

The team was led by IPrime Partner Rudolf A. Rentsch (IPrime Rentsch Kaelin AG) and Klaus Haft (HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER) and further included Thomas Kretschmer (IPrime), Christine Kanz, Raphael Zingg (IPrime), and Max von Leitner.
