As a patent attorney, Moritz Kälin advises Swiss and foreign individuals and legal entities on the efficient protection of their own innovations through patents and designs, as well as on the protection and defense of their business activities against third party intellectual property rights.

He has many years of experience in advising clients in Europe and worldwide on the prosecution, enforcement and licensing of patents. He represents patent applicants before the European Patent Office in application and opposition proceedings and manages patent prosecution proceedings worldwide.

Moritz Kälin is mainly active in the fields of medical technology, environmental technology, intralogistics, chemical plant engineering, pharmaceuticals and chemistry, and general mechanical engineering.
