Ronny D. Banchik

Ronny D. Banchik is a consultant and litigator in all areas of intellectual property law with a focus on trademark law, domain name law, patent law and competition law. He has extensive experience in advising and representing European and international clients in the development, maintenance and enforcement of IP rights and all related matters, including licensing and distribution, in a variety of industries, in particular life sciences, luxury and industrial goods, and retail.

His other areas of expertise include ICT law and employment law. Ronny D. Banchik advises Swiss and foreign individuals and legal entities on various aspects of Swiss employment law, particularly in relation to terminations, compensation plans and employment-related disputes before Swiss courts of all instances.
