In cooperation with a local law firm, IPrime represented ALPA Capaul & Weber Ltd., a leading manufacturer of high-end photographic cameras in a copyright infringement case in China. In first instance in Chengdu and on appeal in Sichuan, the courts held that ALPA’s cameras were subject to copyright protection and that the defendants infringed this copyright through their plagiarized products.
