His practice includes conducting patent grant proceedings, representing clients in opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office and preparing expert opinions on patent infringement and validity. He also advises clients in disputes before the Swiss Federal Patent Court and is authorized to represent parties before the UPC (Unified Patent Court).
