Benedict Kleine Bußmann has been a
German patent attorney since 2021 and is admitted to practice before the
European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property
Office (EUIPO) as a European Patent Attorney and European Trademark and Design
Attorney. He trained as a patent attorney with the Düsseldorf patent law firm
Bonnekamp & Sparing and subsequently with the German Patent and Trademark
Office and the German Federal Patent Court. He has extensive experience in
filing and enforcing patents, utility models, trademarks and designs in
Germany, Europe and worldwide and also advises on employee inventions.
Furthermore, he has experience in preparing expert opinions, in particular
freedom-to-operate analyses and infringement analyses.
