Bribery is not only a topic for law enforcement agencies, but increasingly also for arbitral tribunals.

When suspicious payments are stopped, or relationships with intermediaries are revisited in the context of compliance investigations, arbitral tribunals often are called upon to decide on claims arising from underlying commercial agreements.
