Enforcing and defending patents before courts in Switzerland and abroad

IPrime's leading patent litigation team has vast experience in Switzerland and abroad, litigating and enforcing patents in the USA, Germany, Great Britain and many other European countries, as well as in China, Japan and South Korea.

With our mixed team of attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys, we are ideally placed to represent the interests of our clients in patent litigation disputes. We routinely handle a substantial share of patent disputes in Switzerland and have particular expertise in the fields of software, manufacturing, medical technology and life sciences.

In cross-border litigation, we have considerable experience in conducting and handling complex patent matters in Europe, the USA, and Asia. We coordinate multi-jurisdictional lawsuits with our international network of patent litigators and resolve international disputes.

Before a legal dispute arises, we safeguard our clients’ interests by seeking out-of-court solutions as well as negotiating license agreements and settlements.
